These Terms and Conditions govern the use of vehicle leasing and related services provided by Spare Space Limited. By engaging our services, clients agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

1. Service Agreement

• All vehicle leases are subject to a signed agreement specifying duration, rates, and usage terms.
• Vehicles must be used strictly for lawful purposes and in accordance with agreed operational scope.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Long-term leases require scheduled payments as stated in the contract.
• Late payments may attract penalties or suspension of services.

3. Vehicle Usage

• Vehicles must not be subleased, reassigned, or modified without written approval from Spare Space Limited.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring proper use and care of leased vehicles throughout the lease period.

4. Maintenance & Responsibility

• Spare Space Limited remains responsible for routine maintenance and servicing.
• Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized handling will be charged to the client.

5. Insurance & Liability

• All vehicles are insured in line with regulatory requirements.
• Clients are liable for incidents resulting from breach of usage terms or unlawful activities.

6. Duration & Termination

• Lease duration is defined in the agreement.
• Either party may terminate the contract with prior written notice as stated in the service agreement.

7. Compliance

• Clients must comply with all applicable traffic laws, safety regulations, and government policies during vehicle use.
